Francesca Biebuyck is a commercial lawyer working on distribution, market practices, consumer law and transportation matters. She has advised Belgian and international companies, in particular in the automotive, retail and transportation sectors, as well as regulators and public organisations. Francesca regularly represents clients before the Belgian courts.
She also has experience in intellectual property (esp. trademarks) and data protection law.
