Emma Delaude is part of the Corporate and Finance team.
She advices national and international clients on various aspects of corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Furthermore, she is a board member of Transparency International, which aims to end the injustice of corruption.
She holds a Master's degree in Economic and Social Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (2022).
