
Gatien Della Faille

Gatien della Faille is a member of the International Arbitration and Dispute resolution team.
Gatien assists clients in multi-jurisdictional litigations and international arbitrations. He specialises in construction law and enforcement of arbitral awards.
He obtained his trilingual (French - English - Dutch) bachelor's degree in Law at the University Saint-Louis Brussels (Magna Cum Laude, 2019). During his bachelor's degree, he took part in the René Cassin European Human Rights Moot Court , for which he and his team were awarded the prize for the best written submissions as well as for the best petition.
Gatien also holds a Master's degree in law from the Catholic University of Louvain (Magna Cum Laude, 2021). His thesis was awarded the Jacques Falys prize, attributed to the best thesis of 2020-2021.
During his Master's degree, Gatien also studied at University College Dublin as an Erasmus exchange student (Magna Cum Laude, 2021).
Gatien joined Liedekerke in 2021.
