Charlotte Dillemans is part of our Commercial Contracts and Litigation Practice.
Charlotte has assisted large national and international clients on contentious matters before judicial courts, primarily in the areas of energy, retail and distribution disputes. She also regularly advises clients in various legal aspects of business, commercial and contract law as well as the drafting and negotiating of a wide range of commercial agreements, with a particular focus on distribution, agency and franchising.
She holds a Master’s degree in Law from Ghent University and she also studied at Montpellier University, as an exchange student. Furthermore she obtained an LL.M. in Law & Economics at the University of Rotterdam, Ghent and Mumbai.
Charlotte joined Liedekerke in October 2018.”
