Marie-Jo Lieten
Associate
Marie-Jo is part of the Real Estate & Regulatory Practice Group. She specialises in real estate law, advising clients on all aspects of civil property law, sale/acquisitions operations, sale and leaseback transactions, leases and other occupancy rights.
Marie-Jo holds both a Master’s degree in Law (2020) and a Master's degree in Tax Law (2021) from the Catholic University of Leuven. Besides she also obtained an additional Master’s degree in Notarial law (2023) from the University of Brussels. During her master’s years, she also studied at the University of Vienna as an Erasmus student.
Besides Dutch, French and English, she is also fluent in German and Luxembourgish.
Marie-Jo joined the Brussels Bar in 2020. After gaining experience in other law firms, she joined Liedekerke in 2023.
