Olivia Szerer is part of the Corporate and Finance Practice Group.
She focuses on corporate advice, governance structures, corporate reorganizations and capital market operations.
She assists listed and real estate companies (such as REIT’S), as well as institutional and private companies, shareholders and not-for-profit organisations.
She holds a Master Degree, from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB 2015) and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in American Law, major in International Business Practice from the Boston University School of Law, M.A., USA (2016).
Prior to joining Liedekerke, Olivia worked at an international law firm.
