Fleur Vanswijgenhoven

Fleur is a M&A lawyer within Liedekerke.
Fleur assisted many companies on various corporate governance aspects. During her studies, she studied at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro as part of an Erasmus exchange programme.
Also, Fleur has a strong academic interest. Currently she is a PhD assistant at the University of Leuven (Institute of Law of Obligations and Jan Ronse institute for Company and Financial Law).
Before joining Liedekerke in 2021, Fleur worked for three years with an international law firm where she was mainly active in commercial and corporate law.
