Fleur Vanswijgenhoven

Fleur is part of our Corporate & Finance Group.
Fleur focuses on corporate law, and in particular on mergers and acquisions and corporate restructurings, including distressed M&A. She has gained ample experience working on Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions, and has worked in various sectors, such as technology, retail and food. Also, Fleur has a particular interest in director’s liability and advises Belgian and foreign companies on corporate governance and other commercial and corporate law aspects.
Moreover, Fleur has a strong academic interest. Currently she is a PhD assistant at the University of Leuven (Institute of Law of Obligations and Jan Ronse institute for Company and Financial Law).
Before joining Liedekerke in 2021, Fleur worked for three years with an international law firm where she was mainly active in commercial and corporate law.
