Frederik Verhaeghe is part of the Corporate & Finance Practice Group. Frederik has advised and assisted in national and cross border M&A deals and in global restructuring projects in
the pharmaceutical and biotechnology, the logistics and the manufacturing sector.
Frederik obtained a Master’s degree in law from the Vrije Universiteit Brussels (2019) and an LL.M. from the University of Leeds (2019). During his studies, he studied at the University of Maribor (Slovenia) as part of an Erasmus exchange program.
Before joining Liedekerke, he worked at an international law firm and a Belgian law firm for two and a half years.
