Ira Vladi is a member of the Corporate and Finance Practice Group.
Ira specialises in corporate law and her practice focuses particularly on M&A, private equity and restructuring transactions. Ira advises and assists clients with the implementation of multiple general corporate transactions, both domestic or cross-border. Prior to joining Liedekerke, Ira practiced with a well-known Benelux law firm.
Ira holds a Master’s degree in law from the Université Catholique de Louvain further to which she studied mandarin and Chinese business management at Beijing Normal University.
Ira is a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2018 and Brussels Bar since 2022 and joined Liedekerke in 2022.
