• Assisting the former ultimate beneficiary of a Belgian aluminium manufacturer, in relation to the restructuring and refinancing of the group and in relation to litigation with the lenders.

• Assisting and advising a governmental energy regulator in relation to insolvency proceedings of a Belgian energy supplier.

• Representing a large telecom group in several insolvency and corporate litigation cases

• Assisting and representing an asset management company in litigation before the attachment judge in Antwerp with a view to obtain the release of a preliminary attachment levied on real estate property in Antwerp by two private investors

• Assisting several clients in directors’ liability claims

• Advising a retail company on the winding up of its business activities and on related issues regarding directors’ duties and liabilities.

• Assisting a New-York based private equity firm in the recovery of its 11 million USD loan against a Belgium based real estate developer.
