The importance of cross-border employment and, enhanced today by the global pandemic and globalisation, has become predominant. However, it also triggers complex questions and specific points of attention which companies need to reckon with in order to achieve a successful cross-border employment.
During this seminar, Counsels Jasper Bossuyt (Tax) and Bruno Aguirre (Employment & Benefits), will examine and discuss various important practical points of attention foreign employers need to consider when employing staff in Belgium.
