We "Inspire Inclusion” and celebrate International Women’s Day with a keynote speech by Nathalie Delaere.
Nathalie’s journey began as a lawyer (including at Liedekerke), followed by roles as a Tax Director and General Counsel Director at Dexia and Belfius, where she led a team of 120 people before deciding to switch careers and focus on diversity, equity and inclusion within organisations.
She has shared with us valuable insights into the workings of leadership styles and corporate cultures and how they can unintentionally sustain inequalities.
