Our panellists will delve into the increasingly common interactions between international arbitration and criminal allegations, with a particular focus on the emerging trend of criminal proceedings targeting arbitrators.
The panel will be composed of Judge Dominique Hascher (French Cour de cassation), independent arbitrator Elena Gutiérrez García de Cortázar (EG Arbitration) and Gabriele Ruscalla, Counsel in the Liedekerke’s International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Practice.
The seminar will be held at the Residence of H.E. the Ambassador of Belgium in Paris.
