Diane de Patoul

Diane de Patoul is a young lawyer who is just starting her training in the Real Estate department.

She holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Louvain (2021) and a Master’s degree in notarial law from the University of Brussels (2022). She is interested in real estate law, a subject in which she was able to expand her theoretical knowledge not only through her courses but also thanks to her thesis. Furthermore, having had the opportunity to do a summer internship in the Real Estate department of Liedekerke in 2020, she was able to get a real sense of what a real estate lawyer’s daily work could be.

Diane is interested in both the civil and tax aspects of this field, and in particular, she is passionate about issues related to the new property law, the different types of leases, and the intricacies of registration fees. Her perseverance, resourcefulness and willingness to work precisely and rigorously are significant assets. Finally, she participated in a humanitarian project in India, where she assisted young girls in need and people with disabilities.

She joined Liedekerke in 2022.
