Pauline Deltour

Pauline Deltour is an associate in the Corporate & Finance Practice Group.

Pauline holds a Bachelor of Laws from Saint-Louis University (USL 2015) and a Master of Laws from the University of Louvain (UCL 2017). She studied as an exchange student at the Universidade de Lisboa in Lisbon. She also obtained an LL.M. from King’s College London (KCL 2018).

After having completed her LL.M., she started working as an associate in the private equity department of Arendt & Medernach in Luxembourg. She assisted clients in the structuring, setting up and organizing of non-regulated alternative investment funds as well as advised companies and private equity funds in connection with corporate restructurings,
corporate finance and M&A transactional-related work.

In 2021, she moved to London to discover new professional opportunities within the legal world and joined the legal team of a fintech company.. She assisted the corporate legal team on various types of corporate transactions: M&A projects, external debt funding, affiliate transfers, investor relations, and intra-group funding.

Pauline also works alongside other colleagues in building new processes which will support the corporate team. She joined Liedekerke in 2023.
