Désirée Kinoo is a real estate lawyer. She mainly focuses on Belgian real estate and corporate law. This includes, among others, advising various players in the real estate sector (real estate developers, general contractors, public authorities, etc.).
Besides this, she assists in drafting and negotiating various agreements for asset purchases, share purchases and lease agreements as well as the corporate documentation related thereto.
Désirée helps to coordinate real estate transactions and drafts various due diligence reports. Finally she has a special interest for the corporate aspects and structuring of real estate transactions. She joined Liedekerke in 2023
