Max Le Blanc is part of the Corporate and Finance Practice Group.
His practice encompasses all aspects of corporate law, with an emphasis on (cross-border and domestic) M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. He also regularly advises Belgian and foreign clients on corporate (re)structurings, corporate governance matters and general corporate law matters. Max is also part of the Liedekerke Start-up Team and advises (international) investors as well as start-ups and scale-ups on various business law matters.
He holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Ghent (2018) and also obtained an L.L.M. in Law & Economics from the universities of Rotterdam, Hamburg and Barcelona (2019).
Max is a member of the Brussels Bar since 2019 and joined Liedekerke in 2020. Before joining Liedekerke, Max has practiced with a major international law firm where he was part of the Corporate and Finance department.
