Laure Proost is part of the Regulatory and Real Estate practice group.
Laure is well-versed in (administrative) procedural law and pleads most often before the Council of State and the civil courts and tribunals. She’s also experienced in advisory matters as well as editing legislation.
Laure enjoys variety in her work and, as such, has gained experience in multiple facets of public law such as administrative law, state law, constitutional law, civil service law, extra-contractual liability law, public procurement law, gun law, ship’s rights, fiscal law, health law, gambling law and human rights law.
Laure holds a Master Degree in Law. She is an alumna of the University of Antwerp (2019). Together with two of her fellow students, she was awarded the prizes for best written submission and best team of the bilingual inter-university Moot Court in Constitutional Law (2019).
Laure joined Liedekerke in 2019.
