Lukas is a lawyer specialised in corporate M&A, with experience in deals and transformation projects relating to various fields (technology, energy, retail, food) and has worked for start-ups, (Belgian) SME’s and multinational companies.
Lukas obtained a Master’s degree in law from Ghent University (2018). As part of an Erasmus exchange programme, he studied during his studies at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in France.
Before joining Liedekerke, Lukas worked at an international law firm for close to three years.
Lukas joined Liedekerke in 2021.

Assisted Perpetum Energy Holding, a company active in the market of industrial decarbonization (with focus on renewable energy projects, energy storage and e-mobility) in the sale of a 30% participation in Green4Power SA to SOCOFE SA.
Assisted FrieslandCampina in its sale of its Aalter Milk powder and SMC production assets to A-Ware.
Assisted The Surgical Company Group in the sale/carve-out of their Hospithera division (active in the distribution of medical devices) to the Duomed Group.
