
Luc Van den Bon
Senior Associate
Luc Van den Bon is a member of the Commercial Contracts and Litigation Practice Group.
His practice is founded on more than 30 years’ experience before the courts in various areas of law, most notably in construction law. He advises clients on different aspects of construction law, including drafting contracts and handling of conflicts before the courts and other fora.
Luc has been a substitute judge (Lennik Justice of the Peace) since 1994 and was a member of the Council of the Dutch Order of Barristers at the Brussels Bar from 2000 to 2003. He holds a law degree from the University of Leuven (KU Leuven 1986), a master in fiscal sciences (Fiscale Hogeschool 1986) and a master in business law from the University of Antwerp (UA 2000).
Since 2017, Luc is the AML Compliance Officer (AMLCO) of Liedekerke. He specializes in AML law.
Luc joined Liedekerke in 2002 and was made Senior Associate in 2008.
