
Bert Van Herreweghe
Senior Associate
Bert Van Herreweghe is a Senior Associate within our Regulatory practice. His practice encompasses all aspects of administrative and public law, with a focus on environmental and planning and zoning law. He has specific expertise in expropriation law and heritage regulations.
Bert provides advice to real estate promoters and developers, governments and private individuals and assists them in proceedings before administrative authorities, the Council of State, the Council for Permit Disputes and the civil and criminal courts. He is member of the editorial board of the Belgian journal of urban planning and development ("Tijdschrift voor ruimtelijke ordening en stedenbouw"), and the author of various articles and publications in his area of specialisation.
Bert holds a law degree from the University of Antwerp (UA 2009) where he specialised in public law.
He joined Liedekerke in 2009.
