Pauline Van Muylder practices intellectual property law (with a particular focus on copyright and neighbouring rights), data protection law and IT law. She also intervenes in consumer law and unfair market practices matters.
She is frequently involved in matters pertaining to the Media and Telecommunications sectors.
In addition, Pauline has a keen interest in commercial litigation, more particularly commercial distribution matters (sales concession, agency, etc.).
Pauline intervenes in both transactional and contentious matters.
Pauline holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (2020, magna cum laude), where she has been awarded the 2019-2020 “Master’s Thesis in Economic Law Prize” as well as the 2019-2020 “Pierre de Harven Prize” as a recognition of the highest qualities she demonstrated, in the course of her studies, in the field of private law. Pauline also holds a LL.M in EU Competition and Intellectual Property Law from the Université de Liège (2021, summa cum laude).
She joined Liedekerke in 2021.
