Jonas is part of Liedekerke’s Commercial Contracts and Litigation practice as well as its Transport practice. He specializes in industrial liability, commercial litigation and international commercial transactions. In addition, he regularly assists clients in matters related to transport law, with a focus on the aviation sector and logistics services.
He has advised and represented various industrial manufacturing companies, insurers, (petro)chemical companies, defense contractors, industrial contractors, logistics providers, airlines and railway undertakings. Jonas is particularly familiar with EPC and D&B contracts (and the FIDIC suite of contracts in particular), logistics contracts, energy supply contracts, international sales contracts and tailor-made commercial cooperation contracts.
On top of providing legal insight, he is keen to familiarise himself with the technical, financial, and economic aspects of a case or project if beneficial to provide effective representation. Jonas applies his programming proficiency to help with the processing and gathering of data relevant to the case, or to automate repetitive steps in the claim resolution process.
