ASL Aviation Holdings has acquired full control of the Belgian aircraft maintenance business, X-air Services, after buying out Sabena technics’ 50 per cent share. The acquisition secures the maintenance expertise that ASL Aviation Holdings’ Airlines need for their fleet of Boeing 737-500 converted freighters. “These are critical factors for ASL as we continue to develop our fleet around our customers growth and network requirements” said Colin Grant, Chief Operating Officer of ASL Aviation Holdings.
