Last week, Liedekerke was invited to join Board Company to give a training to senior executives and board members.
Christel Van den Eynden, Fleur Vanswijgenhoven and Christiaan Feijen provided an intensive masterclass on Board duties and responsibilities, and shared best practices as part of the three-day Board Certificate training. In the latter, participants learn about and get insights on various topics related to board work, ranging from responsibilities of the board to value creation.
The training ended with a uniquely developed board simulation game called “The Board Game”.
The goal of the Board Certificate programme, which more than 2,500 participants have already completed, is to accelerate the journey of professionals towards excellence in board work, both professionally and personally.
