Gabriele Ruscalla, a member of the International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Practice, will be speaking at the ICC Africa Yaoundé Conference on 16-17 March, on the enforcement of arbitral awards in African jurisdictions.
The panel will focus on the status and development of enforcement proceedings in Africa and the key role of the ICC International Court of Arbitration in ensuring the proper enforcement of awards.
