
Maurits Arnauw
Senior Associate
Maurits Arnauw is a senior associate in the Corporate & Finance Practice Group.
He focuses on all corporate law matters, and in particular on mergers and acquisitions (both in national as in an international context). Maurits has also a specific expertise in capital markets transactions and complex infrastructure and public-private partnership projects. Maurits is part of the Liedekerke Start-up Team and advises (international) investors as well as start-ups and scale-ups on various business law matters.
He holds a master’s degree in law from Ghent University (UGent 2014) and a master’s degree in general management from Vlerick Business School (2015).
Maurits is a member of the Brussels Bar since 2015 and joined Liedekerke in 2017. Before joining Liedekerke, Maurits was part of the Corporate/M&A department of an international law firm.
