Pieter-Jan Bols

Pieter-Jan Bols is a driven and dedicated Junior Associate, specializing in corporate and M&A. Intrigued by the intersection between law and finance, he is passionate about helping businesses achieve their strategic goals and assisting them on various corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, corporate governance issues, etc.

After his Master’s in Law, Pieter-Jan pursued a Master’s in General Management at the Vlerick Business School, providing him with a more holistic perspective on business operations and strategy. As part of his internship, he travelled to the USA for 7 weeks, gaining insights in the non-profit health sector for a Swiss healthcare foundation. Over there, he and 2 colleagues interviewed different medical stakeholders in New York, Chicago, Cleveland, Minneapolis, Washington DC, San Diego and Los Angeles.

On an extracurricular level, Pieter-Jan co-founded the ‘Financial Investment Club’, out of interest in the stock market. The goal of this student investment fund is giving students a chance to gain practical experience in understanding and developing investment ideas, while at the same time improving their soft skills during pitch sessions and group meetings.
