Associate
Leopoldo Luyten de Alvear is part of the Banking & Finance team and focuses specifically on transactional finance. He advises both lenders and borrowers, be it on a domestic or international scale, and has experience in real estate finance, project finance and acquisition finance. He also has experience in debt capital market transactions.
He holds a Master’s degree in Economic Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (cum laude, 2020).
Before joining Liedekerke, Leopoldo worked in the Banking & Finance department of an international law firm for 7 months, with a special focus on financial regulation.
Leopoldo joined Liedekerke in April 2021.
