Silvio is a member of the Regulatory Practice Group. Throughout his academic journey, he actively participated in various significant endeavours. He engaged in the Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition, a prestigious event where all the Belgian Law faculties compete against each other.
While pursuing his studies at KU Leuven, he specialized in public law and complemented it with a minor in criminal law. Silvio also took part in several intensive courses that focused on administrative and regulatory legal subjects. His academic pursuits led him to embark on a six-month exchange program at the University of Aruba.
After successfully completing his master's degree at KU Leuven, Silvio continued his educational journey by enrolling at Erasmus University in Rotterdam, where he pursued an LLM degree. During this program, he specialized in energy and administrative law.
In addition to his academic achievements, Silvio gained practical experience through internships at renowned Belgian and international law firms. He also actively contributed to various non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Furthermore, he interned at both the Ministry of Justice and the Belgian Parliament, playing a pivotal role in the development of new legislation and public policy initiatives.
