Chloé Stassart
Head of Operations
Chloé Stassart is Head of Operations of our office in Kigali, Rwanda (Liedekerke Great Lakes).
For six years, Chloé was part of our Labour and Employment Practice Group in Brussels. She successfully advised national and international clients, large multinationals, public sector clients and non-profit organisations on all aspects of Belgian employment and social security law. She also represented clients in complex litigations before Belgian labour courts.
In parallel with her practice in Belgian labour law, Chloé specialised in Congolese and Rwandan labour law. This enriching experience has led her to focus on the booming Central-Africa market.
Chloé combines excellent legal skills and a strong interest for corporate performance and team management. In this respect, Chloé completed a one-year management course at ICHEC Management School in June 2021.
Chloé now mainly focuses on the corporate management of our Kigali office, while continuing to handle Belgian, Congolese and Rwandan legal cases.
Chloé holds a Master Degree in Law from the University of Louvain (UCL 2014), a complementary Master in labour law from the University of Brussels (ULB 2015) and a professional certificate in project management (ICHEC 2021). During her studies, Chloé spent four months in Vienna as an Erasmus exchange student. Chloé joined Liedekerke in 2016.
