Christiaan Feijen
Associate
Christiaan focuses on all aspects of corporate law, and on (national or cross-border) mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings. He also advises Belgian and foreign companies on corporate governance, director's liability and other commercial and corporate law aspects.
Christiaan holds a Master's degree in Economic Law from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB, 2019). As part of an Erasmus exchange programme, he studied during his studies at the University of Maribor in Slovenia.
Before joining Liedekerke, Christiaan worked for almost three years at a leading international law firm where he was mainly active in corporate law. Christiaan joined Liedekerke in 2021.
