Belgian Real Estate: 2023 significant developments & 2024 outlook
Our 9th Annual Belgian Real Estate Seminar will take place on Friday, 23 February 2023.
The seminar will address current topics in real estate, tax, town planning, finance and other aspects that are relevant for the real estate sector, taking into account the latest legal developments.
The seminar will be held in French and Dutch.
Guest speaker
This year we are also announcing a guest speaker that will be joining us at our seminar, Aurore de Montjoye.
Aurore holds a degree in Management Sciences from the Université Catholique de Louvain. She is head of the Real Estate Finance department at BNP Paribas Fortis, which covers the major professional players in the real estate sector, offering them bank and bond financing services, advice on M&A and capital-related transactions, etc.
She is also a graduate of the Executive Programme in Real Estate at Solvay Business School, where she teaches a course on real estate finance.
During the seminar, Aurore will shortly address the topic: "Sustainable financing: constraint or opportunity?"
